Mokyklos vadovas, Tarnyba, i\u0161nagrin\u0117jusi Komisijos pateiktus dokumentus, Mokyklos arba Tarnybos vadovo sprendimu nutraukia \u0161vietimo pagalbos teikim\u0105 ir (arba) ugdymo pritaikym\u0105 arba atlieka pakartotin\u012f Vertinim\u0105, atnaujina informacij\u0105 Mokini\u0173 registre.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0117vams (glob\u0117jams, r\u016bpintojams), pilname\u010diui mokiniui pateikus Mokyklos vadovui argumentuot\u0105 <strong>pra\u0161ym\u0105 ra\u0161tu iki einam\u0173j\u0173 met\u0173 rugs\u0117jo pirmosios dienos<\/strong> d\u0117l ugdymo pritaikymo ir (ar) \u0161vietimo pagalbos teikimo nutraukimo mokiniui, Mokyklos vadovas \u012fsakymu priima sprendim\u0105 d\u0117l ugdymo pritaikymo ir (ar) \u0161vietimo pagalbos teikimo stabdymo<strong> 3 m\u0117nesi\u0173 laikotarpiui<\/strong>. Jei mokinio mokymosi pasiekimai atitinka bendrosiose programose numatytus atitinkamo klasi\u0173 koncentro mokymosi pasiekimus, Mokyklos vadovas ra\u0161tu informuoja Tarnyb\u0105 apie ugdymo pritaikymo ir (arba) \u0161vietimo pagalbos nutraukim\u0105, mokyklos vadovo \u012fsakymu i\u0161braukia mokin\u012f i\u0161 \u0161vietimo pagalb\u0105 gaunan\u010di\u0173 arba turin\u010di\u0173 speciali\u0173j\u0173 ugdymosi poreiki\u0173 s\u0105ra\u0161o, atnaujina informacij\u0105 Mokini\u0173 registre. Prie\u0161mokyklinis ugdymas gali b\u016bti pradedamas teikti atlikus vaiko ugdymo ir ugdymosi poreiki\u0173, pa\u017eangos vertinim\u0105 PPT.
